1. What is DailyGuess?
DailyGuess.in is a free-to-play prediction game where users answer daily questions about sports, entertainment, weather, and other topics. Users earn points based on the accuracy of their predictions and compete on leaderboards.
DailyGuess is NOT a betting, gambling, or wagering platform. No real money is required to participate. Users do not stake money or cryptocurrency. Points earned on the platform have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Occasional rewards (such as Amazon gift vouchers) are distributed at our sole discretion to top-performing users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DailyGuess.in. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Account Registration
To use DailyGuess, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Phone OTP verification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate predictions or leaderboard rankings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
4. Gameplay Rules
- New prediction questions are published daily by the DailyGuess team.
- Each question has a defined closing time. Predictions must be submitted before the timer ends.
- Once submitted, a prediction cannot be changed or withdrawn.
- Only one prediction is allowed per user per question.
- Points are awarded when results are published. The formula is: Base Points × Applicable Multipliers.
- The maximum combined multiplier for any single prediction is capped at 3x.
5. Multipliers & Advertisements
After submitting a prediction, users may optionally boost their potential points by:
- Watching a Short Advertisement (1.5x): Users must watch the full ad before the multiplier is applied. Ads are served through Google AdSense.
- Sharing a Referral Link (1.25x): Users can share their prediction via a unique referral link. The multiplier is recorded when the link is shared.
Multipliers are stored per prediction and verified at payout time. Attempting to bypass ads or abuse multipliers may lead to account suspension.
6. Streak System
Users who participate on consecutive days build a streak. Streaks unlock additional multipliers:
- 3 consecutive days → 1.25x streak multiplier
- 5 consecutive days → 1.5x streak multiplier
- 7 or more consecutive days → 2x streak multiplier
Missing a day resets your streak to zero.
7. Leaderboard
DailyGuess maintains a global leaderboard ranked by total points. Leaderboard positions are updated in real time as results are published. Rankings are based solely on accumulated points and are visible to all users.
8. Rewards
From time to time, DailyGuess may distribute rewards (such as Amazon gift vouchers) to top-performing users. Rewards are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any reward programme at any time without prior notice.
Rewards cannot be claimed as a right. Any taxes or duties applicable on rewards are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or use automated bots.
- Manipulate predictions, scores, or leaderboard rankings.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with the platform.
- Use abusive, offensive, or harmful language on the platform.
- Attempt to bypass advertisements or exploit multiplier mechanics.
- Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on DailyGuess.in — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of DailyGuess or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and any accumulated points or rewards may be forfeited.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
DailyGuess.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of prediction outcomes, uninterrupted service availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyGuess and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of ₹100 (INR).
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
